Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, who it is shared with, and how to have it removed.

1. Who is responsible

Sirius Digital LLC, 150 Washington Avenue, Suite 201, Santa Fe, NM 87501, United States, EIN 39-4550422, is the controller of the personal data described here. For any privacy matter, write to contact@llcsiriusdigital.com.

2. What we collect

Data you give us. Your name and email address at checkout; the billing details required by our payment processor; and anything you choose to include when you contact support.

Data collected automatically. Basic technical information when you use our sites — IP address, browser type and version, device type, pages viewed, and the date and time of access — together with data from cookies as described in the Cookie Policy.

What we never collect. We do not receive or store full card numbers, CVV codes or bank credentials. Those go directly to our payment processor.

3. Why we use it, and on what basis

  • To deliver what you bought — creating your account, sending credentials, issuing receipts. Basis: performance of the contract with you.
  • To support you — answering questions, resolving access problems, processing refunds. Basis: performance of the contract, and our legitimate interest in supporting customers.
  • To keep our service secure — preventing fraud and unauthorised access. Basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the service and our customers.
  • To meet legal and accounting obligations — retaining transaction records. Basis: compliance with a legal obligation.
  • To send service or marketing email where you have agreed to it. Basis: consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Who it is shared with

We do not sell personal data, and we do not rent or trade it.

We share the minimum necessary with service providers who act on our instructions: the payment processor that handles your transaction, the platform that hosts our members areas, the provider that sends our transactional email, and our hosting and analytics providers. Each is bound to process the data only for the purpose we specify.

We may also disclose data where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

5. International transfers

Sirius Digital LLC is established in the United States, and some of our providers operate there or in other countries. Where personal data of individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom is transferred outside those areas, we rely on the safeguards permitted by applicable law, including standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep it

  • Account and access data: for as long as the account exists, and up to 24 months after it is closed.
  • Transaction and receipt records: for the period required by tax and accounting law, normally seven years.
  • Support correspondence: up to 24 months from the last message.
  • Technical logs: up to 12 months.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent you previously gave.

To exercise any of these, write to contact@llcsiriusdigital.com from the address on your account, or tell us which address it was. We respond within 30 days. We do not charge for this, and we do not require you to explain why.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority. If you are a California resident, you have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights; we do not sell personal information as that term is defined under California law.

8. Security

Our sites and members areas are served over TLS. Access requires authentication tied to the email address used at purchase. Access to customer data inside the company is limited to the people who need it to provide support, and payment data never reaches our systems at all.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach occurs that is likely to affect your rights, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.

9. Children

Our products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with data, write to us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date of the current version is shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
